Martin Bargiel, born in 1962, graduated designer, and Poonam Choudhry, born in 1965, graduated textile designer in Stuttgart, Germany.

Since their training at the Staatliche Akademie der bildenden Künste in Stuttgart, Bargiel and Choudhry have been an item – both professionally and personally. Their label has developed and created textile and communications design concepts for many famous clients. The synthesis of Choudhry’s Indian background and ideas of European design is a central aspect of their work.
