Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates for most items are based on weight and delivery location. Our preferred carriers are US Postal Service and UPS ,we will determine which carrier we use at time of shipment in order to be most efficient and minimize delivery times. 

Rush Services

We can expedite the delivery of your purchases using the express service levels. These rates will display as available options when you checkout. Please note due to FAA regulations, filled lighters and butane may not be transported by air delivery. We will automatically downgrade your selected shipping for these items.

Freight Deliveries

Some of our largest humidors must ship as freight by truck from our dock to you. The costs for freight are listed in the description so you know these costs at the time of order. For certain locations, there will be an additional charge added to fright costs. Areas affected by these surcharges are Northern California, Oregon and Washington state as well as metropolitan areas of New York and Boston. You may contact us prior to placing your order to inquire of these additional costs or we will contact you after your order is placed if a surcharge is required. We ship all freight pre-paid, outside delivery, without tailgate service to provide the most affordable rates. Delivery can be residential or commercial. Upgrades such as tailgate service, inside delivery and other upgrades to our quoted freight delivery services are available at additional costs. Upon purchase we email a freight declaration form to provide further explanation and procedures of motor freight deliveries.

Shipping Butane or Filled Lighters

These shipments are regulated and must ship via GROUND Methods. If you choose shipping by air for these items we will automatically downgrade your shipping request so we can fully comply with the applicable laws.

Damages and Discrepancies

Although a rare occurrence, damages in transit or order discrepancies can happen. We require that you notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt of a damaged item or if thereis any discrepancy. Please await our email response for further instructions. In the event of damages, you are required to hold all original packaging and the damaged product, lack of original packaging will nullify all claims. Items received damaged in transit are subject to our damage policy and not our return policy. Items received damaged are replaced with the identical product once the damage/return/inspection process is completed. If you have been notified that your purchase is being shipped by one of our "Freight" carriers, damages in transit are subject to the policies listed below and explained in the freight release you receive before shipment.
For Freight Deliveries only: In the event of damages or shortages involving delivery by motor freight carrier, please refer to the freight declaration form for guidance and notate all relevant information on the bill of lading.
